This is the ‘mouth’ to different service areas and extends from reception to the second waiting
bay at the consultation rooms. Clients from reception are screened and their medical needs
inquired about. Those with acute needs are given priority while those who have come for
checkup or specific services are directed to places of service delivery e.g. x ray or laboratory.
This section is headed by a nurse and a team of front desk managers and has all diagnostic
equipments as needed. These team has been mandated with ensuring the TATs are maintained
for all. Screening for any communicable illnesses is done here and applicable actions applied
with dignity and caution.
